Problem:Create a parametric function that defines the height (in feet) of a falling object that lands in exactly 10 seconds. You need only traverse backward through the work from the last quizmaster (see Parametric Equations 2).
 
Solution:
y(t) = -16(t - )(t + )
y(t) = -16(t2 - )
y(t) = -16t2 +
The object whose height is defined by y(t) above will stay in the air for exactly 10 seconds.
